If you have excellent credit you will have the least amount of hurdles to jump through. When mortgage companies in Salt Lake City Utah are evaluating your credit generally talking about your FICO score. Most people don't know how to look at their credit scores. But this can be very important when it comes to getting credit. Many company's use these scores to determine whether you can pay your bills and how you pay your bills. Anything under 600 is considered bad credit. So this is why it is so important to keep an eye on your credit score. And to get a credit report every 6 months to determine if there is any false information on your credit history.
