The other day I was asked if a seller could put their $750 FHA seller incentive (mentioned in a prior blog) towards their closing cost. More often then not the lender will not allow the seller to cover any closing cost on behalf of the buyer, but there are exceptions. Two exceptions are back HOA fees and if a buyer requests a home warranty.
