10. Will I be able to delete or cancel my listing whenever I want?

You should be able to cancel your listing at any time if you decide not to sell your home or if you are not satisfied with the service being provided.  Don't ever sign anything unless this agent can guarantee, in writing that they will cancel.

11.  Ask them how their services compare Ask them about specific companies.
