I wanted to just write a quick note to everyone who has been hearing all the doom and gloom information about how homes are not selling right now. In fact,  just yesterday I read an article in the paper from a fellow real estate agent saying our market is so bad that she didn't close one transaction last month for the first time in her career. She also made the statement that nobody is closing transactions right now.

Now, I highly respect this person and have worked with her on many transactions over the years. But, this statement was simply not true.  I know people say things every once in a while that may be true for the majority and there may be exceptions. But, I wanted to set the record straight for at least my readers.I closed 2 more transactions last month than I did in the same month last year and the year before that.  There are agents selling properties and I happen to be one of them.  If you work with me and my team to sell your home, it will get sold, regardless of the market as long as you follow my proven plan that has helped me sell over 2,700 properties in my career.
