50 acres of land on the outskirts of Bullet Tree Falls Village. The property starts at the village where there is electricity and water and extends along the road towards the famous El Pilar Maya archaelogical site, which is 6 miles away. The land is flat at the village end but rises through some rolling hills to the upper part of the property which provides a very panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and nearby towns of San Ignacio and Santa Elena.
Of the 50 acres, most of the land has been cleared to some degree and much is in pasture. There are two ponds on the property. The land is completely fenced and most of the property has been planted with thousands of mahogany trees (approximately 8,000); making it a very good investment for the future and making somebody very rich when the trees mature.
Bullet Tree is a small but friendly village about three miles from San Ignacio, the inland tourist centre of Belize and the property is regularly passed by tourists visiting the nearby Maya site.
