A 100 acre
farm located in the Cayo District.
PROSPECTIVE
The farm
has about 25 acres of teak (approximately 4,000) and mahogany (approximately
2,000) trees. The trees are about 8
years old and have a significant investment value.
There is
also a 75 tree coconut plantation and many fruit trees including: mango,
soursap, orange, custard apply, grapefruit, plum, coleslaw, tangerine and
craboo.
About 10
acres of the land is currently planted in corn. Some of the land is fenced for
animal pasture and there is a pond in this location. The remainder of the land
is mostly jungle. A creek, also runs through the property.
There are 4
ponds close to the domestic area that contain approximately 6,000 young tilapia
fish.
A 20 x 26
house provides accommodation for the caretaker and his family. The one bed house is on stilts and the area under is
concreted to allow the closing-in of the lower floor at a later date, if
desired.
The
property is located on a good, all-weather road and is approximately 7 miles
from the Spanish Lookout Road and 8 miles from the main Western Highway.
