Hi,

I hope and pray I am in the right area for asking the below question. I am married, mother of five, with an elderly mother. My mother now lives on her own next door to us, and we are looking for a property to be leased in the Houston area. This is the problem....I NEED, due to my mother's failing health....a house which has a add-on to accommodate my mother. She is ailing but, very independent and needs her own livable space to include a kitchenette. Where can I go to get help? Or there many properties these days that offer options for elderly parents? I do not want to even consider placing my mother anywhere other than with us. Please help......

We are not interested in purchasing at this time....it is possible that we would have to relocate to another State witin a year.

Try searching for rentals online at www.move.com or rent.com/houston for a "duplex" for rent. You mother can be close, but separate.
