I recently purchased a property with two houses on it (432 sf and 520 sf). The Auction Property Profile (which stated its source was "County Tax") represented the property to have two houses on it totaling 952sf and that is what is true. However, the Tax Assessors records only reference the smaller house (432 sf) associated with the Parcel Number.

I am concerned that I cannot sell the property, representing the total 952sf. Or, perhaps the second house was permitted; however, never applied to the Tax Assessor?

I need a little insight and direction with this.
