I am renting a home and was dealing with and agent. The homeowner hasn't paid the HOA fees in over a year. I have also been informed the home is under receivership. When I was unable to get answers, I stopped paying the rent. They hired an outside company to take me to court. No one showed up so, the case was dismissed. The realtor sent me an email and asked me to vacate. Is this legal?
