I did the HUGE mistake of my life, i learned from my mistake, i bought a house in 2007 it went to foreclosure my questions in after 4 years i received a letter from the association of this complex they are saying that i have to pay the past due assessment fees which now are 4,297..... i have to pay this amount even though the i lost the house?????

PLEASE I NEED HELPPPPP....

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO...

You need to consult an attorney. Just google 'real estate attorney' in your area and call some of them. Many attorneys will give free advice for a simple question like this.
