I have a home that I purchased with a young lady. I'm the only one on the mortgage but we are both on the deed. She moved out a while ago and basically disappeared. My only contact was a phone number but when ever I called never got a response. I'm trying to rent the house to keep it from foreclosing and left a message but this time got a response. She is not willing to sign any papers that allow me to rent. If the property goes in forecloser what are her obligations and what recourse do I have as far as being able to rent. Can't sell house is worth less than originally bought.
