I have this type of warranty deed in front of me, the owner purchased at 10.00 there is no signature from the owner on this deed, Is this valid? Also all other parties Grantor and Grantee no longer exist, the person whom made the 10.00 deposit listed on the deed seems to still be the owner, is there any way I can purchase this home in the same manner if this is a valid deed?
