i live on a private road with 17 other residents ,a private club ownes 1,400 feet of the road we must use to get to our homes how do i find out what is written in the easment and who is responsable for the maintanance of the road ,is this information somthing that should be recorded at the registor of deeds and how do i obtain this...

We had a new home built in Utah, but due to a job change we had to move out of state just as the home was completed and instead of trying to sell the home on our own, we took a loss and the builder kept the down payment, in addition to the new build construction fee, then they sold the house on their own and they made a decent profit on it.
