There was an association meeting with the corncern about the trees on property being to high the winds a couple weeks ago cuase the trees to fall on my truck spoke to the property mangement co and no return call so i got in contact with the association president and again no answer state farm says there not going to pay for the damage to my truck because they dont cover that type of claim what is my next course of action

I've had a few issues with my HOA in the past where they've ignored my request or didn't take care of things like they should have. I had a friend of mine who is an attorney give them a call. The attorney wasn't threatening, he just wanted to understand the process and talk with them. Everything was resolved the next day.
