i have a home in hillsborough county florida. the title is in my name and a co-signer. the co-signer has signed a quit claim deed prior to his death. the loan used to acquire said home was written off by loan grantor due to a chapter 13 bankruptcy that has been discharged. my question is in reference to updating name on title and should i disturb something that might become a whole new can of worms. i am behind on loan and have entered into an agreement with loan grantor at a reduced payment each month. stressed and anxiously awating your reply.
