Back last August of 2009 we did a loan modification with Bank of America on our house. I though our taxes and insurance was included in loan modification but was not. We got a bill for 1700.00 dollars for 2 years of taxes and insurance. I can afford to pay this I'm on disability so is my wife. If we don;t pay this and just pay our house pmt with out essrow can the bank forclose on our house. We will pay taxes and insurance ourselves staring Jan of 2011. Pls advise thks Wallace Bouknight
