EDUCATION TRUST PROPERTY

WE HAVE INHERITED PROPERTY THAT HAS ALWAYS HAD EDUCATION TRUST ON IT. CAN WE SELL IT LIKE ANY OTHER PROPERTY??

This might be a legal question, so my answer should not be taken as legal advice. If you inherited the property and you hold title to it, you would sell it just like any other property. If it is held in trust and you are the trustee, you could probably sell it on behalf of the trust. If you don't know how you hold title, check with an attorney or your county clerk or assessor.
