If you are and investor, and are sending a good property to another investor that you
want to work with, and you need to combine funds, Can you send the investor non- specific info on the property, no name, no address, just some generic description, without them signing a Confidentiality agreement first ?

Do you wait for them to say they are very interested and want to really know the name
address ? Is this when you have them sign your
Confidentiality Agreement to protect your deal ?

do you give them generic info first, with no property name or address, just tell them
how much the Income is, the vacancy etc. without them signing a CA, and if they are really interested, and need more specific info, name address numberor units, rent rolls,
is that when you have them sign a CA ?

Thank you very much
