Hi, my sell of my home has turned into a nightmare, we signed a sale agreement on 11-25-11, with adament possession to take place 1-6-12 , we scrambled to find an apartment on the advice of our realtor who assured us this was a done deal , we took an apartment with a 1 year lease and now after many extensions the deal is ready to fall through and we have know idea what we can do. we followed our realtor every step of the way with an approved buyer(a doctor) and now what can we do to get out of this mess.
