My San Antonio condo has been on the market since October. Really bad timing, it turns out, because now the DOM are up to the 180s. I've had some showings but am really disappointed, given that my home is in a sought-after area, well-maintained, etc., although I haven't updated the kitchen/bathroom counters. I set the price based on the most recent sale in the complex and have lowered it twice, for a total of $10K. My fiance is getting his condo ready to list. Do you recommend taking mine off the market to update and re-list. I don't want to miss the busy season. Neither home accommodates our blended family, so we're really anxious to sell these condos.
