Hello my name is Candace Manish, I am a US citizen. I own a home and a lot of property next door on Deer Island New brunswick, that was given to me through my grandmother who has passed away. I was wondering if you could help me with a contact number for someone that could tell me if the properties are divided as two seperates or as a whole, As far as i know it should be teo serepate pieces of property. One should just be a lot with a grage on it and the other should be the lot with the house on it. The tax bill i receive does not specify and i want to make sure that when paying the taxes it is for both properties ans that we have been paying the correct amount and how to figure out what amount is for each property. I know this is probably not your area, but I would hope that you could possibly direct me to the correct place to contact. I just want to make sure that we are paying for both and that one is not being neglected and that could potentially result in any penalties or worse.
